corigated Namibian roads have lead me home….

In the last 10 days, we found it, cleaned it, climbed it, hiked out, bought baskets, flew home, and whew, here I am back in Yosemite…… The memories are a swirl of red granite, bird poo, a 2,000 year old painted giraffe, hidden water holes, beautiful wildlife, and corrugated roads.

 

 

 

The road to the Brandberg and the Southern Crossing route that evolved was long and hot, but in the end the beautiful 13 pitch 5.11+ corner system was well worth the adventure.  Thank you to the rad crew, Majka Berhardt, Peter Ducette, Chris Alstrin, and Gabe Rogel!
